My name is Shaline, and I’m the founder of Zen Body Wellness — a holistic coaching space designed to help women reclaim their peace, rebuild their confidence, and nurture their bodies from the inside out.
For years, I’ve walked alongside women who have survived the heartbreak of infidelity, chronic stress, and long-term emotional wounds. What I’ve learned is this: when we honor the mind, the body, and the spirit together, true healing becomes possible.
Today marks a new chapter—not just for my business, but for every woman who chooses healing over staying stuck.
Why I Created This Space
After witnessing how deeply betrayal trauma impacts a woman’s emotional, mental, and physical well-being, I knew there needed to be a place where healing was gentler, deeper, and more holistic.
